prego with a heart condition

So I have a heart condition called psvt and I was wondering if anyone else is going through the same thing... I'm scared because I can't be on my medication because it can affect my baby but I'm scared something will happen while I'm off of it...

    I don't have it but working in an ER we do see this from time to time. When you feel a spell coming on make sure you go to the ER immediately and get it treated. There are drugs that we carry that we can give that will not affect baby.

    I found out I have SVT during my last pregnancy and was put on medicine. I was on Lopressor. It worked and my baby is perfect! If I would have not been on the meds it could have been really bad for me. I was in the Cardiac ER a couple of time. My heart rate was just so high. I managed to hang in there without meds until about, 26 weeks. They do have medicine you can take.

    Thank you ladies I'll talk to my cardiologist again and hopefully my spells don't get too bad, but I'm glad there is something that can help me without hurting my baby. Thanks!
