I've been takin that but its just not workin I'm on a prenatal vitamin with more iron because I'm anemic and I think that's making it harder to go...its been about a week sense I last went and I'm scard
UMmm, have you tried giving yourself an enema? My daughter was constipated real bad didn't go for weeks and nothing would work, gave her an enema and she went
I took a prenatal with stool softer in it called citra natal my doc gave me samples and took a separate iron supplement it worked wonders for me and i had a problem going before pregnancy!
I'm gonna have to talk to mine about it cuz this sucks I've had to call off of work because of it...all I can do is lay down to keep my belly from cramping....
Actually had to eat 6 to 9 of them but they are really small, and dont taste bad at all! The kids I nanny for had them and I tried it knowing it was safe.
No problem! It is super uncomfortable. And its not good to go that long, I take care of my grandmother and the max is 3 days then you should take something to go. Good luck! I would seriously eat probably 6 to start, then if you only go a small amount eat more lol. Tmi I know
Eat. Whole wheat veggies drink 8 glasses of water daily the fiber in them make u go a lot easier helps me. I've nolticed since I changed my diet trust me u bee pooping a lot lol ...try not to take so much medicine and ur prenatal pills should help you too
See about a prenatal without iron and then use slow Fe iron. The slow Fe is easier on your tummy. It made me a little constipated the first 2 days but after that I haven't had a problem.
I take 2 spoons of flax seed at night with a glass of watet and it is amazing, i have heard that if u grind them it's even better. they r healthy and not harmfull, plus lots of info on the internet, i highly recommend it, they should have it at bulk stores, some grocery and healthy food stores. and u can also put them in yogurts or shakes, hope it helps
