I'm 34 weeks pregnant with my first! , I'm not scared of giving birth but I'm just wondering is labour as bad as every makes it out too be ? It seems like people are trying too scare me lol x

Hmm. I can't say for the ladies that had it naturally but I had an epideral so my experience was very calm and enjoyable. We made jokes and laughed at my husband in between pushing. Haha. My labour was long. It took a while to dilate, so the contractions before the mess were uncomfortable but not horrendous. But I was a very crabby mommy after it all wore off though. Haha. Everyone is different. Just have to remember that its all worth it in the end.

Thanks i know it's worth it i can't wait too meet my baby but some people make it out too be very painfull i guess i will soon find out best thing i can do is stay clam !

I did natural and my contraction were the equvilant to period cramps. It really wasn't bad. There are some natural birth videos on youtube. Don't take ur perception of labor from what the media shows you, but from real life births. Movies and shows want as much drama as they can get. My birth was nothing like the movies. It was quiet peacful and a beautiful experience.
