I found out at my 41wk3d appointment that my son was breach. Three hours and 1 C Section layer we were parents. Good luck getting your little one to move!!
My daughter was breech. My doc said he could turn her but it's very painful and there's a 50% chance she would have just moved back so I had a c section.
At 30 weeks my daughter was breech after 2 weeks the doc thought she had flipped and went head down...I'm not 37 weeks and just found out that she's still breech & I haven't seen my doctor yet..I see him on thur and that's when ill tell him that she's still breech...I'm terrified of a c section but I know everythin will b okay..good luck girl
It is still possible to deliver vaginal if ur baby is breech. Most doctors won't do it but you could try asking if any docs in the hospital would be willing to try, I know there is one at the hospital in our town who specializes in it. It is still safe as long as they know what they are doing
I will be 39 weeks on Thursday and my baby is breech also. If he doesn't turn by Monday morning I am having c-section. I'm not gonna lie I was very upset and scared but now not as much I just can't wait to see the little guy. Good luck!
I was also upset that I had to have a c section but please take my advice... any way you deliver it doesn't matter... all that matters is that beautiful, healthy baby coming out of you!! Don't be disappointed or worried, there's NO need to stress... it will all work out, I promise!!! I'm going to have my 2nd c section in August... it's not ideal but then again, life throws some curve balls... you have to learn to adjust!
My doc says the baby can move around all the way up to the time he's ready to come out. My baby isn't breeched but I was a breech and the docs let my mom wait 3wks past her due date for me to turn and they even tried to physically turn me. In my case I didn't turn and had to be a c-section, but I know they will try to get you a vaginal birth.
I have tried everything I have seen about trying to turn your baby and nothing has worked for me so I gave up thinking maybe he can't turn and I don't wanna force him. I also asked my Dr and even he said he wouldn't do it just bc of problems it can cause with the cord and its not worth it just to get the baby out the safe way. The surgery isn't something that worries me its the after part that kinda scares me.
