Reassurance??

Im 11wks and i've been having the feeling baby might not be in there? I got a mini portable ultrasound on March 2 with a strong heartbeat. But lately I havent been feeling so pregnant. I have not been bleeding or signs of miscarriage, im just worried cuz I cant tell if the lil heartbeat is still going strong. Any advice?? :-S
