severe lower back pain

It hurts to walk, lay down, everything. It won't go away. Im 13 weeks. Have my first appointment next Friday. Is this something to worry about? What can be the cause of this? Can this be the sign of early miscarriage?

Crazy, i've had the same thing all day. No bleeding, but low back pain and light cramps. The cramping has been there since week 4, but the low back pain was there for a day (at 6 wkks or so), and now its back again! Hope you get some answers from this post, so I can too going to call doc tomorrow if its still hurting. Feels like premenstrual back aches.

I've had that exact pain the whole way through....I'm now 39weeks n the pain gets worse sorry ladies! Try not to worry, your body is changing you will feel strange n wonderful things during your pregnancy. Good luck xxx
