anyone else have hematoma on the placenta???

I'm 17 weeks n have had a hematoma on my placenta for 4 weeks. I'm resting as much as i can with 3 kid at home but still can't heal. My boss told me to take an loa from work so i have. But nothing i do helps. Any one know what to do???
