I'm getting my first tomorrow. I'm 8w5d. Just wanting to know what kind of ultrasound they will do and how it's done. Also, what should I hear/see? Nervous!!
It will be a vaginal ultrasound. You should be able to see the heartbeat. The baby won't look like much but the heartbeat is what counts. And its a wand that they place up your woman parts it doesn't hurt but feels funny
They'll probably do a vaginal ultrasound. It's kind of like getting a pap & not real uncomfortable. You won't see much, just a teeny tiny baby. Congrats!
