anyone Prego w/ hyperthyroidism?

I am 13wks w/ my 3rd and have just been diagnosed w/ hyperthyroidism or overactive thyroid. I have never had this condition before, my ob/gyn wants me on meds asap. I have learned through research that this condition can cause birth defects. Has anyone been throught a pregnancy w/ this? Does it affect how you feel during pregnancy? Im very nervous

Me ive had it for four years I had hypo I was a size 9 now I have hyper size 3. I feel overly active I dnt gaine alot weight. Having hypo is worse cuz ur baby can be still born if u dnt take levothyroxine its very safe. I think u might also feel extra tired more then a regular prego person. Ignore the internet its only bad if its not treated. U will be fine also the baby
