Don't understand abbriviations

I saw the listof abbriviations on the website but i don't inderstand waht three of them are. BFP - positive test / BFN - negative / AF - aunt flow ??? what are these supposed to be?? what test? whose aunt? I don't get it! LOL

They are talking about pregnancy tests and aunt flow is your period

Huh ... I have seen on here ppl use PT for pregnanct test or HPT for home preg test but I didn't understand why the BF?
