Be active, relax in a hot bath, have sex, rock on a yoga ball, my personal favorite is hold the squatting position for 3 minutes at a time every 30 minutes. It puts baby's head on your cervix. In between everything, RELAX!!! Labor takes a toll on your body so if you feel tired, sleep! You will need your energy for pushing Congrats and best of luck hun, your bundle of joy will be here before you know it!!
Sex. I had a similar experience with my son. I went in on friday with close and consistent contraction pattern but wasn't progressing and they sent me home. Monday morning I was in there again and in active labor. Lots of sex, vacuum, and rest. You'll need all the energy for labor. Good luck and keep timing!!
