Me and my partner are trying for our second baby and sometimes I feel like he just likes the trying part as when I talk about baby things like prams etc he just seems uninterested. I've told him how I feel and he says he is looking forward to a new baby etc. I just want to know if anyone elses partners are the same? Xx

Men can be weird sometimes. My husband was into us getting pregnant and then when I was he was shocked but not edited and then he said he was scared which is natural but I felt like he want happy at all. But then a couple days went by and he its being amazing. Maybe he's just nervous or doesn't express his feelings well.

Its so hard cos I'm so excited yet he seems so distant about it but if was xbox or football etc would be diff its frustrating cos at times can put me off trying and stressing over it won't help. Hopefully hell change when I get pregnant

Before I was ready to have another and had my iud in my hubby would give me crap. Like when we would talk about babies he would say things like 'well its nit gonna happen cuz you have your thing ain't I mean he reeeeaaaalllyyy wanted a baby like yesterday lol. When I felt good to take my iud out he was not on the same page anymore emotionally. When I wanted to make a baby he wasn't excited anymore.(that's what I felt like). We literally had sex like 5 times in 3 months. Kill me! Lol but when I dis get prego he was so excited that he wanted to tell his family immediately! I think guys are crazier than us ladies, and they process emotions on a different level. All in all I think once you start progressing in your pregnancy he'll be more able to open up and get excited.

Hope so like I ordered some mothercare catalogs and caught him looking at the boy stuff so I know he does want one just wish he cud talk more openly. Sure it will change when it happens don't help I'm more eager as since we've been trying I know so many people that have got pregnant and even though I'm happy for them still upsets me a lil. How far gone are you and everything going ok? X
