if baby was born today would she survive?,

I'm 28 weeks. N well i tool a long trip 2000 miles now I'm having contractions not exactly regular but I'm going to hospital after hubby gets home I'm scared......will she be ok?? :(

    I've heard of babies surviving. But they can stop labor if you get in in time. No worries.

    28 weekers do survive but the longer the baby cooks, the better. They will easily be able to stop the contractions and may give you steroids.

    I'm going in an hr or 2. I have military docs their not open at all on weekends. FML. I called the other day because of pressure n lower back pain n they said to drink lots of water, lay on left side n rest well I have been n their getting worse!

    Army I have the same but I'm active military I have to use their docs n my commander made me sign a stupid paper saying I would only use madigan hospital! And their docs!! Or tricare won't cover the baby or delivery!!!

    My husband is in the military too. They shud have given u a number to the Mother Baby Unit. Ur suppose to go there if u r 20 weeks or more along if ur having problem. I went there a month ago cuz I was having horrible back pain. And that was at 3 am when I went. Call the Mother Baby Unit.

    I don't have the number I don't even know where the labor n delivery unit is here. Hmmm maybe internet? They put us active duty peeps last.

    They didn't give u a number, what ass holes. Call the hospital where ur suppose to deliver at. They shud give u the number to the delivery department.

    Kk I called my doc office n got answering machine but the had labor n delivery number on their for weekends calling them now thx n I've been doing the water n left side thing for two days I called doc a few days ago. It hurts worse when I lay down
