Cooked shrimp is fine. There isn't the same issue concerning mercury like with tuna either. Tuna is a large fish so the mercury concentration is higher. Even very limited tuna (chunk light kind) is fine
With shrimp, since they are so small, you would have to eat a ton of it even if it did have mercury. And the problem with tuna is that most people don't cook it, they make tuna salad so the concentrations are higher.
I don't think shrimp coctail is raw, I think its just cooked then chilled. If the shrimp were raw they would have been gray in color, cooked shrimp is pink and ok to eat!
