Is anyone else freaked out about people touching your belly. I'm not even showing yet and my brother in law touch my belly. I had to tell him never do that again. I'm not a touchy person anyways. I'm have a shirt made "don't touch" I can only guess how bad it will get.

oh my gosh i am soooo there with you... the worse is when people you hardly know that arent family or close friends walk up and start asking you questions while rubbing your belly... like really... did you realize youre in my bubble... lolz... i mentioned on someones post about tshirts that i want a shirt that says "THIS IS MY BELLY DONT TOUCH!!!!"

I am mexican-american and theres a lot of susperstitions(sorry if I misspelled) about people touching your belly. One of my friends told me to tie a red string around my belly... I never did though

@prayingformiracles well my friend told me when people touch you with envy or bad thoughts in their minds bad things could happen to the baby. She said that wearing the red string or bow will protect your baby against 'black holes'. I dont believe it but thats what she said.

Oh and to add to that, my friend is 53 years old and shes some kind of witch... Im not kidding she does magic rituals and stuff.

My problem is strangers that think because you are pregnant your bellie is no longer included in your bubble! I got a shirt during my first pregnancy that says "I don't touch your fat stomach, don't touch my pregnant belly" I amso got another that said " I'm not a buda, I'm just pregnant" the second one kept people from touching me. It made me laugh.

@firsttimedaddy My hubby can touch my belly all he wants. I agree its your baby too. I think that is sweet. It is just people I'm not close too. I'm guessing I will be yelling at some strangers in the future. I just hope I can keep my cool at work, since I do work with the public.

My husbands friend came over on Friday and he hadn't seen me.. he was really excited about the baby that he kept touching my belly and "poking the baby" we don't see him often because he's away at school... he is always rough and I didn't want him to feel bad so I didn't say anything to him but was hating every poke! He's nice but he just can't be gentle..

Its easy, when strangers touch your belly and talk about the baby, reach out touch their belly and say," so when are you do?" Same thing with people asking if your pregnant, say yep and are you too. It will make them think. I always like to do it in like my 8th...9th month when they touch and say something bout baby, be like I'm not pregnant but thanks a lot! And walk actually at this point waddle away!

@jalem I wud wat that show too that ish got me crackin up over here that is a great idea u should go make some money off that but no one ever touches me I no I am jus starting out but its a good thing cuz I will treat someones life real quick wit no concerns
