stomach pains

Hi, hope someone can help. Im 6 weeks pregnant today and have got real bad stomach pains at top of my belly in the middle just under my boobs. Its really sore and im feeling sick with it at some points. Does anyone know wot this is please? Thanks xx

    You should call your doctor, it could be several things. Have you been really constipated?

    No not really. Stomach ache came on about 1 today and still have same pain now. X

    Could be bad indigestion or possible goulstones
