going to work when spotting?
I am just about 8weeks along and I started to spot a few hours ago. I have slight cramps but just spotted that one time today. I have to work in the morning and I didn't know if it was safe to go. I have a strenuous job, involving a lot of heavy lifting and physical activity. Should I call in sick? My boss doesn't know I'm pregnant either
