Heating pad... yes or no?

I'm having cramps that feel like gas bubbles in my tummy. I was wondering if a heating pad on a low setting would be okay to ease the cramps. Any advice?

I would say no because heat can harm baby but I would call ur doc for a for sure answer

My doc told me I could use one on low setting for no longer than 15 min as long as you don't put it on ur belly only back.
