Anybody's blood become unable to be typed after they got pregnant

The doctor called me I had to give 4 more big tubes of blood because there was a strange antibody in my blood and they couldn't figure out the type like I had two different blood types flowing through my body the doc asked if I ever had this happen with my other two pregnancies or if I had a blood transfusion but I haven't doc told me not to worry but I'm curious

My doc said she had a patient once that had 2 different blood types. She said it's very rare and she'd never heard of it before this one patient. They took blood tests several times before they figured it out. Maybe you're one of those people?

She mentioned it to me and my hubby because once he was told he was O- and the other time he was told he was O+, so now he doesn't know what he is.

I googled it and its possible my body built up an antibody after I had my daughter and now my body recognizes that dna in my body again and released those antibodies to attack my baby's dna thinking its a foreign object which will make it a long 9 months would then be high risk lots of blood tests and ultra sounds every two weeks and if my blood does start attacking the baby's red blood cells they will have to give the baby a blood transfusion directly to the umbilical cord through the uterus.
