I'm 35 weeks pregnant & i have a lot of pressure & pain full like period pain cramps My Belly Is Rock Hard is this normal ?

Contractions! Time them and if they are regular u could've in labor

Yes they are contractions. Time to go in.

You need to time them before going in. Bc they will send you home if there not 7-10 mins apart but if it gets worse go in bc your still not full term so they will most likely give u something to stop them only if ur dilating
