  • Its normal to get Charlie horses when ur pregnant it totally sucks
  • It sounds like you might have restless leg syndrome. I started getting with my first pregnancy 18 years ago. Then it returned with my second pregnancy and I've had it ever since. Before I got pregnant with this baby I took a prescription med for it and have since stopped. Try stretching when you get it and walking on a regular basis might help keep it away. Best of luck I know it sucks.
  • They aren't charlie horses. Spasms are caused by lack of potassium. I have RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) & it's 100x worse while being pregnant because I can't take my meds. I can't sit down for more then 5 minutes before my legs kick & twitch. It's a totally normal symptom during pregnancy & there isn't much you can do about it :(
  • My thighs just go to sleep
  • I hate that feeling when you're so tired and laying down and your legs suddenly up and revolt against you. Like they want you to get up and run a marathon right NOW!
  • Take 2 rums before you go to bed it helps wonders
  • Lol I wish that was right too lol
