Just had my baby boy on 3-15-11
I was 37 weeks and 1 day when my water broke last Tuesday. When I got to the hospital I was 4cm dilated! 4.5 hours later I had my boy this was my first child. I had a natural birth with no meds or epidural! The nurses were amazed how I progressed through labor without any pain relief and it being my first baby. My baby boy Aseel M Shareef was born 3-15-11 at 8:26 pm weighing 7 lb 4oz :-)

Enjoy bonding with your baby now. Sounds like you did a GREAT job delivering your first child with no pain meds. I admire your strength & bravery! I'm not due until July 2nd & hoping for a natural birth, too.
