sore throat homeopathic remedies

So on top of this amazing middle of the night sickness, I have a nasty sore throat and stuffy nose. I would like to stay away from medication if at all possible....anyone have any good remedies?

gurgling salt water makes me vomit, as does emergenC....always has, even before my pregnancy!

Gargle warm salt water for a day or two...you will be amazed

Haha salt water makes me puke too! So nasty lol. I put emergenC on my OJ and its really good
Make sure u get extra sleep and drink lots o water
