hip/ligament PAIN. please Help!!

Oh my lord. I feel like my hips, back are on FIRE! ive never been alone and pregnant before, i always had my husband to help massage the painful areas
Now i dont. This is a first for me... is there anything i can do.. im very petite so my hips spread about seven inches during pregnancy and it HuRtS.. what can i do to ease the pain?

  • There are a few eccersizes that help. First lie on your back and put one leg down and the other up in the air but bent at the knee, as close to your chest as you can, then rotate it outward as far as you can and fallow it all the way to a strait lay down possition. Repeat with the other leg
    another is to get on your hands and knees and dup your upper boddy straitning your back as you go.
    another is find a lege (i use my couch arm) put one leg up and the other at an angle stretch to your up tow then slowly to the floor, (you might hear your hip pop its ok and for the better) repeat to other side
