sushi while breastfeeding?

I've heard many different things on wearer or not it's ok. I figured as long as u know the sushi is clean and doesn't make you sick you can still breast feed after you eat it. Anyone have experience with this?

I'm not sure but I really hope its ok because I love sushi and have been missing it these last 9 months...

So have I I've read so many things online saying its ok...I guess ill just have to ask my Dr since no one else seems to know.

I would say yes. If you get it at a clean restaurant the fish should be fresh! I ate it a few times a month while breast feeding my first.
