any other mommys have idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and are high risk?

I have itp and am pregnant with my second child. During my first pregnancy my platelets dropped and i had to be put on steriods and have ivig... I'm nervous this time about my platelets being low again. Any other moms dealing with itp or a platelet disorder?
