Do NOT panic

I have a doc apt tomorrow I think I lost my mucus plug or something
Only because when I wipe I have tiny tiny dots of blood when I wipe and feel like im leaking... I have had some contractions yesterday and some today they last 36 sec at the most and far apart but today my whole lower back area"cramped up" and tummy tighten at same time it was painful but went away when I took a shower
Im close to 36 wks
Baby is head down bur haven't dropped
I have had tons pf pressure on my pelvic area and vag area (sorry? Lol)
What do u think is going on?
Since my apt is in the morning I prefer not going in to the north center
plus last tine I went to the birth center everythi.g was normal and I was worried over nothing....
Imvnot worried yet so what do u think?

    I would say its false labor since it goes away when you shower... it doesn't mean real labor is far off, though, you could start any time. Real labor does NOT go away or let up no matter what you do. If you lost your mucus plug it can still be a few days until labor. I think you'll be fine until tomorrow morning unless your contractions start becomming more regular & intensify, not start & stop. Just try to get a good nights' rest just in case. :)

    but it was not alot at all
    Could it be im starting to dilate?

    Lol... no worries! Yes, it could mean you're starting to dilate, but again that can still mean that labor is days- or weeks- away... I only saw a tiny bit of blood w/ my first, but I was already in early labor... I never saw any "mucus" at all... everyone's different!

    I wait my son out but I could wait til 40 wks because I have a lot to do lol

    I have another question can u be dilated and not lose ur mucus plug? I know u can lose ur plug but not b dilated hhhmmm??? Lol :-?

    Contractions been calm for couple hours im drinking more water now

    DOC APT WENT WELL
    2 CM DILATED
    70-75% THINED LOL CAN'T THINK OF THE OTHER WORD THAT MEANS THAT
    IM OVERLY EXCITED
    I can deliver anytime before 38 weeks!!!!!
