Anyone had one or what's your opinion on it? I had my first natural and my second csection. I hate the idea of a csection again, but I am nervous abt a vbac too!
I had three natural and one csection. I absolutely hated the fact of knowing I had to have another csection with my fifth. I found a doctor that does vbacks and they said I was a great person for it. I was extremely happy. No way in hell would I do another. Im all for vbacks!!
I had s vbac also but I went natural also but not by choice I was dilated so fast I didn't even have a chance to get an epurial but I would like to have an vbac this time around simply because it takes to long to recover from a csection
Agreed!!! I hated the fact the doctors rushed me to the OR and then the nurses took over from there and made th decision for the doc. He was going to let me go natural with help but the nurses freaked bc my sons heart rate went down when I had a contraction. So they did a csection. I was mad!!!
I had my daughter via emergency c-section and 24 months later gave birth to my son naturally. I am so glad I trusted in my body and went with the vbac - way easier to recover from :-) The risks of complications from a vbac are just as likely as the risks of another c-section. The drs like to try and coax (at least in my experience) you into the surgery but I think that's just because its just more convenient for them! Worst case you try and have to have a section anyway but i believe you can do it!! Good luck!
I shouldn't have even had the first one! My son was 8 lb 15 oz and they thought I couldn't deliver him! I have the same doc this time but I'm afraid she's not even going to give me a choice! The recovery was horrible and painful, now even more cuz I have two little boys running around!
YYeah she def. coaxed me into the csection by trying to scare me into it! You won't be able to deliver him, he's to big, you and he could get hurt. I delivered my first at 8 4 my second was only 8 15
