Not that I know of... Unless the military father is denying its his but I think that it still has to go through civilian channels.

No its the same as the outside, you go through court or to maury if they deny your child. Lol, if your husband signs the birth certificate the baby is an automatic dependant of his.

If you are married it is deemed his anyway (at least in Ohio). I know a guy that was legally married to a woman and she had 5 kids by othet guys and lost custody of all of them. He had to go to court for each child a prove he wasn't the father.
