siactica when pregnant?

9 weeks with 3rd and I have siactica, any suggestions for relief, its so painfull, doing school runs and having a toddler with this pain plus the nausea and other problems lol.

I have it too...ch o to a chiropractor or swimming is all u can do hope u feel better
