27 weeks and cramping like feelings around pelvic area??!

What the heck does this mean? I went to the hospital yesterday because the pain got bad, doctor said my body is producing a hormone that is losening up my pelvic bone to prepare for labor....but period like cramps? Its not painful just kind of achey...anyone else having this??

    i do!! i thought they were contractions at first but i know there not. im 25 weeks and my doc says its normal.

    Yup i had that at 29 weeks doctor said it was muscle contractions from my uterus growing and getting ready for baby, I'm now 31 weeks (32 weeks on Monday)

    Thanks ladies!! Ya I just get nervous cause she is NOT aloud to come out yet! Haha
