vitamins? please help.

Can someone tell me which vitamins I need to take? I know prenatals. But what else is recomended?

I only am taking folic acid right now and sum gummy kids vitamins (they have iron in them) My daughter doesn't like them so i don't want them to go to waste!! LOL But I think the folic acid prevents/slows down the risk of neural defects?
