I feel the same way truthfully, it makes me want, to quit eating. But I know this little one needs food. I find that if you take a little nap it helps. Also I dont fight against it. Like if I feel like I have to throw up I do. Or go to the bathroom our whatever. My theory is if something our everything in my case is tearing you up then you'll feel better once you get it out of your system. With saying that I'm brand new at this so if any other mommies have any other advice. I would greatly appreciate it.
Try eating more fiber, whole grains, fruit/veggies, juice etc. Eat slower, and eat smaller meals throughout the day. Your digestive system is slowed right now because of hormones so if you eat a big meal or lots of junk it will upset you... Like instead of eggs bacon pancakes for breakfast, I switched to a banana or apple, yogurt, piece of whole grain bread with pb, and a glass of oj or milk.
Also a friend of my dads used to be on this diet that gave me pointers on how to eat. He said eat the most raw, water-filled and natural thing on your plate first (simple sugars) then work your way up to more complex foods (protiens) The complex foods take longer to break down and digest and will help not strain your digestive system & also help absorb nutrients more efficiently.
For example eat an apple first (watery and raw) then whole grain toast, then yogurt, then glass of milk (proteins) Or for dinner eat the broccoli first (watery) then rice (starchy carbs) then the fish or chicken (complex protein )
Sorry its a lot to explain but yeah it works, or has for me at least
