I take the Nature Made prenatal vitamins and I haven't felt sick once.....silly question but do you eat before you take them? I would get nauseous then I would eat and be fine...........
You really should eat with them. How can the baby get any nutrition from what you eat if u dont eat, if you cant keep anything down try taking them at night maybe?? My first trimester I was always nauseated but I was always able to eat b4 my vitamin.
