Weight gain......ugh out of control I need advice

My weight gain is out of control any advice on what i can do ex. Low calorie snacks

  • The less processed your food is the longer it takes the body to digest and break down, keeping you full longer and giving better nutrition. So eat tonnes of fruit, veggies, yogurt and nuts
  • And lots of low intensity exercise like walking, stationary biking, and light weight lifting.
  • Ok thanks but I only been craving fast food what should I do about that
  • Cravings will pass. You could also try looking up healthy versions of favorite fast foods you can make at home. Every time I start to eat something I think about how it might affect my baby and that stops me. His or her wellbeing is more important than my cravings.
  • lots of times we are just thirsty instead of hungry. try that too. i dont see anything wrong with eating what you want...just in moderation.
