The less processed your food is the longer it takes the body to digest and break down, keeping you full longer and giving better nutrition. So eat tonnes of fruit, veggies, yogurt and nuts
Cravings will pass. You could also try looking up healthy versions of favorite fast foods you can make at home. Every time I start to eat something I think about how it might affect my baby and that stops me. His or her wellbeing is more important than my cravings.
