When yu go to tge obgyn can yu ask for clomid or does something has to be wrong

    I don't know if something has to be wrong but I have pcos and so she said I never ovulate so she gave me prover and clomid got pregnant during the first month good luck though girl. ;)

    They don't typically prescribe it unless a fertility problem is established. I have PCOS, too, so that's why I was on it. I'm pregnant with twins now! Are you having problems ttc?

    No im almost eight wks but my bestfriend is trying and no luck

    How long has your best friend been trying for? Every doc is different. Most docs don't consider you to have fertility issues unless you have been trying for over a year. We got pregnant before the year mark, but ended in a dnc. After not getting pregnant again "right away" she put me on clomid, got pregnant second cycle. But before they give clomid, i would think they would test to see if she does have pcos, and do the test to see if her tubes are open.Hope this helps

    Yea it does if u don't normally get one she needs to be checked
