tubal and still got pregnant

I got my tubes tied the day after I had my third child. A year ago. And here we are having another baby. I'm 11 weeks and sicker then ever with this one. I've had heart burn nausea and gas really bad. Doctor put me on meds to help. But still not helping that much. The doctor says I may be having twins. I'm really not sure how I feel about having another baby let alone 2. I was done after my daughter was born. Never thought I would be having more.

When I had my tubal consult with my OBGYN he told me that even tho you get your tubes tired 3 to 4 women out of 100 get pregnant within the first year. I am 37 weeks with my 5th child and I sure don't want anymore. I hope it doesn't happen. And of course I have all boys plus this one is a boy. My kuck I would get pregnant with another boy. Lol. Good luck and take this baby as a blessing from God. He must think your a great mommy to give you another child after even being fixed.

I think its my luck too. I got pregnant with my third after missinfg on birth control shot. Then I go and get fixed and get pregnant again. My doctor told me that every tubal that she has done none of them have come back pregnant. But I agree this is a blessing and I was meant to have more then 3 kids. I'm getting more comfortable with the idea. But its going to take some time

Lol. Yeah I wasn't on birth control but my husband and I used a condom and I still ended up with this little one. So my next step is a tubal. Having children is stressful but so wonderful. I never pictured myself having 5 boys but looking at them I could never picture myself not having them in my life. I figure God gave me a gift and I am so happy to have it. Good luck.

My next step is getting everything cleaned out. No more for me. I have a son who has asburgers and then 2 girls. I'm hoping for a boy this time. I love being a mom. Its the best job ever. My kids are everything and I wouldn't change it. My hubby and I even used protection on top of beibg fixed and still had our youngest and now this one or two what ever it is. I knew this one women who had TWO tubal ligations and got pregnant afterwards. I guess you aren't supposed to be done having children either. I wish you the best of luck with the new addition.

Thank you. I'm just surpriesed that I'm pregnant again. I honastly thought I had food posining not that I was having a nother baby
