just had 1st appointment

Just had my 1st appointment im 8w 5d everything went fine til i had a urine sample they found blood in urine (but u cant c blood) midwife told me nothing to worry bout but i cant help it as iv had 3 previous mc so i was just wondering what it means if they found blood in urine im so confused
