hsg test, left ovary blocked and not working....

Went for my hsg xray today, they push dye through and it shows blockages. The right ovary shot dye through no bother but the left nothing went through. So they tried to push more dye to remove the blockage, which was excruciating pain, but its too bad. Need to go back to acs now to discuss options. Been ttc for two and half years
Lying on couch really tearful and sore.....anyone else have this and is it treatable??CCx

Yes the same thing happened to me in august as I was devastated with no kids and a bum right ovary. I wasn't even ovulating correctly. But now I am almost 9 weeks preggo with a baby. You only need one functioning ovary to concieve and apparently (hope this isn't tmi) the more u orgasm increases your chance of the ovaries ovulating!! Keep hope alive
