i exercise, but DOUBLE CHIN problems still!!

I was a full time athlete few yrs ago, and I have an athletic figure, but I've never has this double chin thing!! I Googled exercises, but anyone know of more ways to lose it? I exercise and sweat but I can't jog so its hard to break a good sweat...help!!!

  • I know how u feel I miss being able to run it sucks and no matter how many times a week I go to the gym I just keep getting bigger. I do mostly cardio and do prenatal yoga. But maybe its ur diet??? I try not to eat alot of junk and keep it healthy. But keep working out even if u don't see any progress bc its going to be easier to lose the weight (extra chin) once u give birth ;)
