i exercise, but DOUBLE CHIN problems still!!

I was a full time athlete few yrs ago, and I have an athletic figure, but I've never has this double chin thing!! I Googled exercises, but anyone know of more ways to lose it? I exercise and sweat but I can't jog so its hard to break a good sweat...help!!!

  • Aw.. I know there's a place where they can remove that?? No surgically... Mi mom was gun do that... Some ppl r juss like that :) mayb in ur genes?? Or try lightly tapping that skin up a couple times a day.. I heard that works? U should juss flaunt it :) ur prob beautiful even with that :)
  • Awe that is so sweet thank u :) my husband tells me I'm the only that notices it, but a lot of pictures have been taken of me lately because I'm getting further along, and it just annoys me to see the double ness!! But thank u for such a nice comment :)
  • This really worked in me and others in my class ....hold ur head straight and make ur chin hit ur chest ....then lift ur head all the way back and as u go back make a kiss with ur lips...when ur head is tilted back it will look like ur howling at the moon....it really works and u will feel the burn in ur chin immediately if u r doing it right
