mucus plug or spotting
So my doctor checked my cervix today and I was 1/2 centimenter dialated and 70% effaced. He warned that I may have spotting today and tomorrow from the exam, which I have but now I'm wondering how I tell if it is spotting from the exam or the loss of my mucus plug? I know the mucus plug can look different for everyone so how would I know?
