hello,, I had a dr appt today. I am currently 35 weeks but measuring 32. Has anyone had this problem.. I was small before pregnancy weighing 98 lbs nd was 5' 4. I am very concerned
I would try not to worry, it is normal for you to measure smaller or bigger than what you are in weeks. I was measuring at 26 weeks at 29 weeks, 28 weeks at 32 weeks and just 30 weeks at 36 weeks. I am quite short myself but I was referred to see a consultant the next day after my 36 week appointment and I measured at 33 weeks! A lot of it has do with how much fluid the baby is surrounded by and their position in your uterus. They still gave me an ultrasound to be sure and everything was fine! Try not to get bogged down since it's not an exact science and they'll offer you an ultrasound if there is any concerns. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and congrats on your baby! :-)
It all depends really, but I'm sure your baby is happy and healthy :-) my first child only weighed 5lbs 13oz and he was born at 38 weeks - he had been measuring small in the exact same way as this baby but all was well! & thank you, my due date is tomorrow so hopefully it's almost over for me! Lol.
