I have a Nuchal US scheduled April 25 how exactly do they determine the gender because from what I heard lots of girls have been known to find out at a Nuchal appointment but at 12 weeks don't both genders look the same?

They usually wont try at the nuchal...I had to wait till 18 weeks.
