freaking out!!!

Ok so im almost 6 months and i just went to the bathroom and what looked like a cloudy white caterpiller wormy looking something came out i have never had that before and it was about 2in long. Now its been about 30 min and my tummy just feels tight. Has this happened to anyone and should i be worried?

Could it be your mucas plug maybe you should go get checked to make sure.

I'd at least call your L&D nurses and see what they say. Especially if your tummy is staying tight.

I don't think so its too early for that and i remember with my daughter it looked like snot when i whipped this was in the toilet. Im not hurting my stomach just feels tight
