my nipple hurts!!

Okay im 38 weeks pregnant and having my 4th child I have this pain in my nipple it hurts really bad its a pinching sensation anyone having this problem

Yea I do its like its always hurtn wen I got a bra on or off

@Luvbeingamom I hate it. sometimes its constant and then it goes away then comes back and sometimes its a throbbing pain instead of pinching can't wait til it goes away I hope it goes away anyway

Yea dats jus how it is wit me. Its like everytime it goes away it comes bac a different pain im jus tired of it already
