Man! I just peed on myself again!

I have a cold again. The coughing & sneezing me is so frequent that I can't get to the bathroom quick enough! I am wearing a light pad but some moments like last night I peed more than I had expected! Jeeze! I have no control! Ugh! I hope the warm weather will get me back into good health cause this bites and running through more pads than I want to lately! Just cough . . . sigh.

I have been it helps but doesnt relieve the problem completely lol. But yes kiegals help. I forgot about those oops.

Working on the kegals as we speak. The constant coughing is what really kills me! Waiting for some warmer weather.
