staying active during pregnancy.
Im on my 3rd..due 11/11...my first two i wasnt active but since my 2nd in 07 ive been active at the gym. Ive worked hard getting a 6 pack, down to size 3, and at the gym 5 days a week. Heres my problem now....im 8 weeks and exhausted. I have no desire to even walk let alone run. I want to go back to my pre-this-pregnancy body but am scared i wont be able to get my ass moving. I know the fatigue will let up soon but ive already gained 6 lbs and know its because of my ignoring the gym...Any ideas...
