subchronic hematoma at 16 weeks

I went to the hospital yesterday for some spotting they ordered an ultrasound for this morning and apparently my placenta its becoming detached from the uterine wall the on call doctor just told me to take it easy (how ever I can with a 3 year old and 1 year old) but I'm just getting worried has this happened to anyone and had a good outcome?

    I had one earlier in my pregnancy. I have a 16 month old and work in a daycare so it was hard to take it easy. It did head itself and I will bee 26 weeks tomorrow.
