Tricare and natural births/water births/or at home births??

Im just curious if any military mommies have been able to have more natural births? I believe I only have the choice of having my baby IN the Army Hospital because I have Tricare Prime and havent been referred out. Im reaaaaally hoping I have a good experience because I am pretty nervous about how everything will go since this is my first baby.

I'm also a military wife and I have tricare prime to and they referred me out in town and I plan on goin natural this time but I'm also consider a high risk pregnancy I was pregnant before this one and I gave birth at 26 wks my water broke and everything but she pass away a month later. But I don't know y they didn't referred u out in town I was also referred at in town wit the last one maybe it might be where u r station at

I have tricare prime and plan on doing a water birth. But they offer that at the air force hospital I'll be delivering at.
